SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT Please note that all of our products are made to order. It takes 2–7 business days to fulfill (create) an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are listed below.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, the estimated shipping times are:

  • USA: 3–5 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

Please remember that the total time to receive your order includes both the fulfillment time and the shipping time.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM We ship from our distribution centers located in the USA and worldwide. This allows us to route your order from the facility nearest to you for faster delivery whenever possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for paying these fees to the appropriate customs agency.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order details when ordering internationally. This will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make the delivery of your order smoother.

CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS To change your shipping address, please contact us at info@hayavari.com immediately. We must be notified before your order has been dispatched. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has left our fulfillment center.
